How to make Rajasthani almond shake:

To make this drink, we need milk, almonds, cashews, almonds, pistachios, saffron, cardamom powder, custard powder and sugar.

  • Place a heavy-based pan on the flame and add one-liter milk to it. Boil milk on medium heat until it reduces by 80 percent.
  • While the milk is boiling, keep 1/4 cup of milk separate from boiling milk.
  • Take soaked almonds, add some milk and make a thick paste.
  • After boiling milk, turn the flame on a low medium, stirring continuously, and scratch the side milk and mix it in milk.
  • Add a pinch of saffron strands, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, and mix well.
  • Take 1/4 cup of milk and add 1.5 tsp custard powder and mix well. Now, add slow custard powder, mix to boiling milk and mix well.
  • Add 4 tablespoons sugar and melt the sugar well. After melting the sugar well, add almond paste to it, mix well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add some chopped dried fruits and mix well. After starting the coating on this spatula, turn off the flame and move it to a bowl and let it cool.
  • Bring it at room temperature, keep it in the fridge for 3 hours and cool it completely.
