  • Breathe in and raise your left arm up. Now exhale, rotate your upper body to the right and bring your left hand to the outside of the right thigh. Wrap it around the right leg and place it on your back.
  • Move your right hand back and grab the fingers/wrist of the left hand.
  • Turn to your right and look over your right shoulder.
  • Stay in this pose for a few breaths. Each time you inhale, you can lengthen the spine and each time you exhale, you can bend the spine a little more.
  • Then release the pose and repeat the same on the other side.
