Masaba Gupta, a self-confessed foodie, never denies herself cake, coffee or other delicious dishes. But her love of good food goes beyond just sweet treats. In a recent Instagram post, the fashion designer gave fans a glimpse of what she is currently craving – a dish made from bitter gourd (bitter gourd). You might be wondering how she is enjoying this bitter vegetable that many of us avoid. Well, Masaba’s bitter gourd dish looked absolutely delicious. The bitter gourd was cut into fine pieces and fried in a pan with the right mix of spices and the result was nothing short of delicious. Along with this, Masaba wrote, “In other news, I feel like eating bitter gourd now.”
Earlier, Masaba Gupta had shared what she would eat during the winter season. On her Instagram Stories, she gave a glimpse of some nutritious snacks suitable for the cold weather. The post features three traditional dishes that are not only delicious but also great for boosting immunity against flu and other seasonal infections. Immediately, we saw three steel tiffin boxes, each filled with winter essentials: the largest box held gond laddus, a sweet dish made from edible gum (gum) and wheat flour. Next was homemade chavanprash, a healthy blend of herbs, spices and fruits; And finally, a delicious blend of dates, dried dates, tamarind, jaggery, ghee and spices like cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Before sharing her winter dishes, Masaba Gupta treated her Instagram followers with a glimpse of her favorite green chutney. Made with the classic combination of pudina (pudina), coriander (dhania) and green chillies (hari mirch) for that spicy kick.
