Now, Nayanthara has shed light on her diet and nutrition journey. According to the actress, staying balanced is the key to a happy and healthy life. In a detailed note on Instagram, she said, “I am sharing this now as it is never too late to share love and knowledge. If I have benefited from it, I wish the same for everyone else. A good diet is essential for a healthy and happy life, especially for an actor like me, who needs to look her best for every role.”

Nayanthara revealed that her understanding of diet has changed over the years. “For me, staying in shape has always been about balance, consistency and listening to my body. I used to think ‘diet’ meant restricting myself and eating things I didn’t like. Now, I know it’s not about counting calories; it’s about counting nutrients and eating different foods in the right amounts. It’s a lifestyle, not a temporary solution,” the actress said.

Nayanthara said, “A good diet is essential for a healthy and happy life, especially for someone like me, an actor who needs to look her best for every role. For me, staying in shape has always been about balance, consistency and listening to my body. I used to think ‘diet’ meant restricting myself and eating things I don’t like.” The actress also introduced us to her nutritionist and revealed how much she loves home-cooked food. young The actress said that she now eats only for joy – not guilt or cravings, “Finding the right balance was difficult until I met my amazing nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal. It has changed my outlook towards food, making me feel nourished, energised and genuinely happy.”
