- First of all, put curd and some water in a bowl. mix well.
- Add finely chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, green chilli, salt, roasted cumin powder and fresh coriander to it. Give it a good mix.
- For the tempering, heat mustard oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper and turmeric.
- When the seeds start crackling, turn off the flame.
- Pour the tempering over the curd mixture and mix well.
- Your Nepali style raita is now ready to taste!
