UPSC Prelims 2025 is scheduled for 25 May, and for millions of aspirations across the country, a mixture of ambition, fear and urgency on this date. This is more than just one exam – it is a test of endurance, patience and mental strength. And with the intensity of preparation, it is completely natural to burn, worried, overwhelmed, or even burn outside.
Examination concerns are not a sign of weakness. This is a reaction to high bets and tireless pressure. But if left uncontrolled, it can cloudy your thinking, dry your energy, and affect your performance. However, it is manageable. With the right strategies, you can take into account anxiety and navigate this journey with a clear, stable brain.
Now, let’s bring some easy tips:
1. Make peace with terror
That is 3 existent crisis? perfectly normal. Your brain is mentally cartwheel to help you survive. Name it “Ah, anxiety back!”, Give it a cup of tea, and proceed. Avoid wrestling with it; Think of it like a nucleus neighbor. Accept, ignore, repeat.
2. Sleep is not a luxury, this is a strategy
Eight -hour sleep can look like a myth whisper in coaching centers, but it is your secret weapon. A brain running on a sleep loan is like a Parliament session during protests: all noise, no productivity.
3. Don’t marry your study program
There is a plan, yes, but don’t be in a toxic relationship with your timetable. Life is – power cut, brain fog, surprise things that just come to ask, “beta, kitna is syllabus?” So, keep it flexible.
4. Mock tests do not decide the final result
Getting 43 in a fake does not mean that you are wasted. This only means that the test was rude. Learn and bounce back. You are not here to affect a PDF with a red score.
5. Movement mood is equal to magic
Even 15 minutes of stretching, dancing like a dance, or chasing your siblings with a rolled newspaper. Physical activity tells your body, “We are not dying. We are just doing UPSC.”
6. You are not a robot. Repeat after me.
Eat Laugh. Watch an episode of some stupidity. Call a friend who does not talk about politics. Give some candy to your brain – it can not survive on laxmikant alone.
