The menu of Resaaca selects North Indian, Continental, Sushi, Italian, Chinese food and desserts.
Delhi is working with such new and exciting cooking options that if you are a meal, you can never really get out of places to find out. And if you are looking for a fun, inexpensive place with a good vibe and a diverse menu, then West Delhi is one of the newest places to check Rekaka. I got an opportunity to travel recently, and the moment I stepped, it was clear that the Resaka was about the party’s atmosphere. With the mood and a vibrant, fashionable vibe installation with LED lights, it felt that the kind of place you want to go with friends for a placed evening.
Coming for food, the menu includes everything from North Indian and continent to Sushi, Italian and Chinese. I was trying quite trying quite, and while everything was not blown me, there were certainly some standouts.
I started my food with something that I had never seen before: popcorn soup. The name had conspired to me in myself, and I was eager to see how the combination of creamy corn soup and butted popcorn would work. Although it was certainly a fun and unique idea, the taste was nothing extraordinary in itself. It felt like a regular corn soup, but there is nothing that will return to me for it.

Subsequently, I moved to Avocado Crostini. I always love a good avocado toast, so this dish-mine toasted bread is at the top with creamy smoked avocado, feta, pomegranate, and salty pumpkin seeds, which is fine from my street. The balance of the flavor worked well, adding a good contrast to the rich avocado with the touch of the feta and the sweetness of the pomegranate. A simple yet solid appetizing.

To bite a fresh and light, I tried the burst burrata salad. The crisp latus, tomato, red onion, bareta, fresh herbs and olive mixtures, all were thrown into a fresh dish, and thrown into a basil pasteo. Burrata added a creamy touch, but overall, it was a fairly standard salad-good, but nothing that I will go out of my way to order again.

I then went to the classic chicken yakitori, which is always a safe condition when it is corrected. The slant chicken was grilled for perfection, with a nice smokey taste, and the sesame seeds and scalians added a good crunch. It was simple, tasty and one of the dishes you can never do really wrong. In all chicken and vegetarian options, I also decided to go for some seafood, so I tried Ambedi fish Tikka. The river was marinated with the sole, curd and raw mangoes, was incredibly soft, and the tastes were beautifully balanced. Competition from raw mangoes gave it a nice, fresh kick, making it a fantastic pick, if you are in the mood of the fish.

For a little spiceer, I went to the spicy chengdu chicken dumplings. Made mince wrapped in a thin rice sheet, spicy chicken was in the right amount of heat, which makes it one of the more exciting evening bite. Just after that, I tried Green Curry Veg Dumplings. I loved how these dumplings were served in a aromatic Thai green curry-it felt more nutritious than just one more dull zodiac plate. To go with it, I had a Borbon Butter Cocktail, with the monkey shoulder whiskey mixed with peanut butter mixer. The walnuts of the drink, the smokey flavor, added to the warmth of the green curry really well.

Another interesting dish was pine nut cream kebab. This Sukhra style smoke -colored chicken bites were enriched with pine nuts, giving them a mild attendance that worked beautifully with juicy chicken. I paired it with Katana Cocktail-e-Mix of Vodka, Coconut, Matka, Tea Citrus, and Khopra-Whitch, a refreshing, soil quality that used to really complement smokey kebabs.

But if there was a dish that stole the show completely, it was greenery chicken Tangdi Kebab. These drumsticks were marinated in a vibrant green paste of fresh herbs and cooked in an earthen oven, delicious with insanity. The meat was juicy, the spice was perfect, and the vinegar was paired with onion and mint chutney, it was under my most favorite dish of the night. If you ever travel to Rasica, this is something that I will urge you to order without another idea.

For the main, I went to the black butter chicken, a dish where the charcoal-tight chicken tikka is served on a rich butter chicken gravy with naan. The presentation was quite attractive, and while the dish was good in itself, it was not much different from a regular butter chicken. It was pleasant, although there was nothing that stood exclusively. To complement it, I had a velvet Wikson cocktail, which was a good contrast for vodka, Thai cordial, citrus, and ginger ale-light, fresh, and heavy, creamy curry.

No food is complete without sweets, so obviously, I had to check what they had to offer. I Gaya for my all-time favorite, Banofi Desert-A Classic British Pie Bani Banana, Whipped Cream and Thick Carmel Sauce. The layers were completely balanced, not extremely sweet, and this was the right way to wrap food on a comfortable note.
Overall, while a couple of dishes felt right, Rekaka still made a diverse and satisfactory spread. The staff was favorable, the drinks were well made, and the vibe was perfect for a casual night. If you are looking for a lively hangout spot with good food and a fun atmosphere, Resaaca is definitely worth checking out.
