Shamita Shetty’s food-related social media posts are something we love to keep an eye on. As if reading our minds, the actress dropped an interesting video on Instagram on Sunday. In the clip, Shamita revealed that her “favorite part” of her travel diary, be it for work or leisure, is trying out the authentic local cuisine of the place. Now that she is in Goa, Shamita treated herself to a full plate of “local Goan cuisine”. The thought itself is mouth-watering. One by one he showed the audience all the things kept on the table. On the tropical menu, there were rava fried prawns, chonak rava fry and rissole curry. There was also kismoor, a type of rice dish topped with green chillies and lemon slices.

Shamita made her culinary debut by having kingfish gravy with local red rice. She also tore off a portion of poi – Goa’s famous bread known for its softness. Three chutneys for added taste fulfilled Shamita’s foodie cravings. “The food is a total hit today” she confessed and we couldn’t agree more.

Like her sister Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty is also very fond of food. In the winter months, he visited Vadodara and experienced the ultimate “Gujju Food Coma”. She uploaded a video on Instagram of her visiting a breakfast shop. At first, she used to drool over the crispy kachori. Next on his menu was a delicious Gujarati feast. Oh, Shamita Shetty also loves Bengali dishes. On a trip to Siliguri, West Bengal, the actress enjoyed a delicious traditional thali. Bengal’s popular summer drink Ghol aka traditional buttermilk was the first item that Shamita prepared for her taste buds. Next came Mochar Chop – a deep fried snack made from banana flowers.
