Story of real life weight loss: After giving birth to his second child, Dimple Clarke found himself at a crossroads. While weighing between 72–74 kg, he barely identified the woman in the mirror. The tiredness of motherhood, with the emotional and physical toll of C-section, left her feeling separated from her body. But instead of giving, he decided to fight a step back at one time. Today, at the age of 35, she weighs about 46–47 kg and is a fittr coach that helps other mothers to reconstruct their strength. But how did he do it? “My newborn baby felt like a struggle. I knew something to change, “he said. Despite having a background in fitness and nutrition, postpartum recovery was a completely new experience. Weight loss changes: 72 kg to 46 kg
Losing 26 kg was not the success of the night. To reach his goal, he got 1 to 1.5 years of dedication and stability. biggest challenge? Finding time to exercise while taking care of a child.
“My little one wanted to be with me all the time, so I became creative. I used an ergonomic baby career and included it in my routine- light workouts with her in tow, stretching, stretching, and even light workouts. It was not always easy, but I worked it. ,

Life after change: After extending it, after achieving the success of his own weight loss, Dimple found a new passion – he gained his strength by mixing other mothers.
