Story of real-life weight loss: Let’s be honest and it becomes difficult to reduce because we grow up. After 40, the metabolism slows down, the body starts reacting differently, and squeezing the workouts in the busy schedule seems like a task. But the 42 -year -old teacher, Moumita Ghosh, decided that she was not letting any of it go.
Instead of diving in a strict diet or chasing unrealistic routine, he chose a path that worked for him: regular workouts, small portions, and no crime around food. In 1.5 years, Moumita shed 11 kg – all work and life juggling, and still enjoying their favorite food. But when did he start his change journey? What inspired him?

A twist in 2022

Moumita’s change story began in 2022 when she decided to join the creed. “When I joined, I weighed about 72 kg,” he now shared over time. “I started going to 5 to 6 days group classes a week – mostly yoga and HRX, and sometimes power and conditioning and burn classes.” It did not take him a long time to start seeing the result. “I have lost about 10 to 11 kg within a year, and I have so far maintained that weight,” she shares.

The more surprising thing is that Maumita did not stick to any harsh diet. “I am not a diet person,” she reveals. “Whatever I liked, in the small part.” His approach was simple: eat in moderation and be active.

What inspired you to start this trip? Moumita shared that her biggest inspiration was constantly watching weight loss. He said, “Some incredibly powerful about changing your body in front of your eyes. That feeling continued me. Also, the encouragement from my trainers carried me forward as much as I thought I could go,” he said.

Did you face the biggest challenges on the way?

Despite the progress, Maumita faced its proper part of the challenges, especially in the early stages. “The agony of the body was the most difficult part. There were days when I could get out of bed after a hard workout. But over time, I learned to hug it. That restlessness meant that I was getting stronger.”

Even during holidays or family holidays, Maumita remained active. “The trips used to throw my schedule, but I made sure to walk more or do basic workouts while traveling. Once I came back, I jumped into my regular routine right.”

Follow the diet and exercise diet during your change

A balanced diet was the key to its change. “I maintained a balanced diet during my journey. While I usually avoided excessive junk food and sweets, I did not completely deprive myself. I focused on eating small stakes every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism active. Being a Foody, I still enjoyed living within the appropriate boundaries,” she shared.

How did you overcome failures

The holiday trips threatened to derail her progress, but found ways to remain active while traveling. She jumped back into her routine after returning quickly, which prevented any significant failure.

Advice for others: “Just keep showing”

Asked what she advises that she is trying to lose weight for others, her reaction is simple: “Just keep exercising. There is no shortcut or magic trick. You should be consumed. Even in those days even in those days when you don’t feel like this, show, show, show the most.”

A new life on 42

For Mummita, the benefits of this change go beyond the number on the number. “I feel more energetic, confident and mentally than peace. I am more productive at work, and I have better clarity throughout the day. Physical change is very good, but whatever I have received emotionally and mentally is even more powerful.”

She says, “This journey has shown me that it is never late to change your life. At the age of 42, I am the best shape – and this is something that I never thought I would say. It just proves that it is just possible with a little effort every day, anything possible.”
