“I wondered how I keep with my energetic children,” she remembers. “Every movement felt like a struggle, and I don’t feel like myself yet.”

Romi admitted that the first few weeks were the most difficult.
She says, “It took a few weeks to align with the new routine.” “But once I got into the rhythm, everything started falling into the place.”
His change was not just about losing weight – it was about achieving his strength and confidence.
Challenges: Overcoming temptation and lack of time
Like any busy mother, Romi faced many obstacles on the way:

She explains, “My diet was not about restrictions – it was about giving my body to fuel properly to support my fitness goals.”
His exercise routine
– 3-4 power training session per week- Using just one pair of dumbbells at home.
– Daily Activity – Stay active throughout the day without dedicated gym time.
She says, “I did not do the hours of cardio or extreme workouts. Just made all the differences from continuous strength training and active.”
How she was inspired
Asked what it is to go through difficult days, Romi credits his coach’s guidance and Fittr community.
“Seeing other people changing her life, inspired me to be committed,” she says. “Also, once I started feeling strong and healthy, I did not want to go back to my old habits.”
