Nutritionist Mohita Mascarenhas, while sharing her low-calorie iced coffee recipe, suggests that one should limit to drinking two cups of coffee a day. Step 1. Take one spoon of instant coffee in a glass.

Step 4. To enhance the taste, you can use flavored coffee or drops of vanilla extract or cinnamon powder.
