A material manufacturer claims that delivery partners have found a new flaws that prevent the restaurant and food distribution app from receiving payment.
A content creator, TVsha Tuli, has gone viral on Instagram, after alleging that she faced a payment scam, ordering pizza on Swiggy, incorporating the delivery partner. In the reel, TVSha recalled that shortly after placing her order, she received a call claiming that the delivery partner met with an accident and the restaurant would now fulfill the order directly. Some were getting away, contacted the restaurant, which made it clear that it does not do direct delivery and only uses platforms such as Swigi or Zomato. This was his first “red flag”.
She then reached Swiggy directly. According to him, Swiggi replied that the order cannot be met and the refund will be processed. However, immediately after receiving the refund, TVsha said that a person showed the correct order at his residence, requesting the payment through a QR code that he was carrying, as he was already returned to his previous payment.
