A young woman from Greater Noida inadvertently consumed milk from a cow, who signed a rabies after cutting by a stray dog. In a shocking case of rabies transmission, a young woman from Greater Noida died by consuming milk from a cow that was infected with the virus. According to his family, who is involved in the dairy business, the cow was bitten by a stray dog a week ago and was not treated in any way.
News reports say that despite performing the symptoms of animals, the woman did not seek any medical intervention and proved to be fatal in vaccination. Before being bitten, the cow gave birth to a calf and her milk was regularly consumed by family and other villagers. However, after identifying the infection, at least ten villagers demanded post-exposure rabies vaccination. But the woman ignored it, and in a few days developed serious symptoms to suit rabies – including an excessive fear of water – a signal indication of the virus.
Soon he also displayed panic episodes with aggressive reactions for light and water. While his family took him to many hospitals, it was too late to save him.
What is rabies?
Rabies is a malignant viral infection that affects the nervous system and spreads through the saliva of an infected animal, not only through cutting but also through open wounds or mucous membranes.

What happens when you get rabies?
The rabies virus occurs in your body when the saliva of an infected animal gets into an open wound, usually by a bite. Why is there no cure for rabies?
According to the Cleveland Clinic, there is no cure for rabies once you go into your brain because it is protected by your blood -brain barrier – a layer between your brain and blood vessels in your head. Its task is to protect your brain from toxins and other dangerous substances coming from your blood to your brain.
