Losing weight requires stability, hard work and discipline. A viral video on Instagram shared Shubashish Padhi’s inspirational weight loss journey, which went from 104 kg to 71 kg in six months. The video shows an incredible after physical changes before and after physical changes. In his video, Shubashish shared that many people were not convinced that he could complete the journey. However, with changes in diet and overall lifestyle, Shubashish achieved impressive results. Talking about being patience and consistent, he shared, “There were days where I ate a lot or missed the gym. But don’t hit myself too much and just come back back to the track. It’s a mind game.”

Shubshish also shares 5 major signs from his routine This helped him to lose weight:
1. Shubashish’s daily calorie intake was between 1600 and 1800 calories. They cut all the sweet drinks/soda and only drank water and coke zero.
2. They replaced most of their carbs with fruits and vegetables and increased their protein intake. No alcohol.
3. He performed weight training 4-5 times a week with push-pull-legs split. He saw 12,000 stages daily for cardio.
4. Stay consistent “You won’t see the result overnight, so always remember your ultimate goal and why you are doing this. Never give up,” Shubashish says.
5. Make sure you sleep at least 7-8 hours a day. Your body needs rest and recovery.

Morning routine (7:30 am)
- Drink: 1 glass of hot water with lemon
- Alternative: Black Coffee or Green Tea (No Chinese)
Breakfast (9:00 pm)
- Option 1: Bread Omelet
- Option 2: 4 with Idlis Sambar
- Option 3: 1 with cheese dosa sauce
- Option 4: Oltimate Oltry Pudding
- Option 5: Banana Protein Shake
- Option 6: Poha

- Option 2: 1 cup rice, soy alu vegetable, curd and salad
