Viral: Delhi works as a delivery rider for zepto and blinkit

A Delhi A person recently took the X (East Twitter) to compare his experiences working as a delivery agent for zepto and blinkit for a week. His thread has become viral since then and has discussed various aspects of this role and the industry in general. The X user said that he launched the project to understand the “Quick Commerce of Q -Comb in Q -Com. In a series of posts, in a series of posts, he also shared suggestions for insight along with insight. He also provided photos and screenshots to portray some of his points.

Before the X user explains his stance in detail, he reveals that he felt that the position of the Zapto shop was better than the blinkit. This is based on his comments when he visited the dark store. On the other hand, he said that “the overall rider experience in the blinkit seems more mature.” He credits it for “the integration of the blinking within the large zomato (now eternal) trade ecosystem”.

Next, the X user explained what happens once an order. They came to know that riders do not get customers’ phone numbers, only their names and delivery addresses. He said that Zepto compels to submit it before handing over the order to the riders and “the riders appreciated it.” However, the blinkit does not have this mandate. He claims that riders of this company were indifferent to it. Nevertheless, he said, “However, I see a lot of messages in the local Blinkit Riders Group, which are evidence of delivery by the riders to order orders in cases where they had to submit it somewhere or were asked to leave at the door.” Tagging Albinder Dhindsa (CEO of Blinkit), he asked, “It’s probably time to implement the facility?”

The X user stated that he found late night delivery “pleasant”, “Thanks to the cool roads, pleasant weather and low stress. But the presence of stray dogs on the streets, especially after 10–11 pm, is a safety concern.” On three occasions, I survived the dog bites – a general issue that was resonating by other riders. The X user also said that the Zapto Store Manager told him that the company would be two weeks before receiving the T-shirt. Another difference was revealed by the user. He revealed, “The Blinkat also has a fleet coach that I can call for any help, and they have regular meetings to directly talk to them for questions about the tips to maximize the offer, earnings and even earnings.
