Katrina, who is known for blending design with her love for sourdough art, has created a masterpiece that is both visually and gastronomically delightful. Each bread piece in the bouquet has intricately shaped tulips, orchids, tiger lilies, roses and other flowers, including exotic flowers like blue lotus and poinsettias. outcome? A collection of loaves that look more like a garden than anything edible.
In her Instagram video, Katrina – who is a chef turned content creator – is seen cutting the bread to reveal its soft, puffy interior beneath the golden, crunchy crust. She captioned the post, “The flowers for my sourdough bread bake were voted as a favorite in my last post, so I thought I’d share a few more. I’m always inspired by beautiful flowers.”
