This is especially true of the theme-based café culture in South Korea. Cafés there have evolved into more than just places to get a cup of coffee. They are wide-ranging and unique, with every corner of the country offering something different. One of these cafes was highlighted in a viral video on Instagram. The video shows the establishment projecting a peaceful rainy day atmosphere throughout the year. You can enjoy a cup of coffee inside the complex while listening to the pleasant sound of the drops. The menu offers a variety of drinks, pastries and ice creams inspired by the rainy season. According to the influencer, it’s also apparently known for its “tissue croissant bread.” HD screens showing continuous rain are shown inside the building, while the ‘rain’ continues outside the café, falling into a pond with stairs that you can cross. The viral video has been viewed millions of times on Instagram. The unique immersive café experience impressed internet users as they shared their thoughts on the idea in the comments section. One user said, “This looks like the perfect place to work/study and relax.”
