This white sauce pasta recipe is loaded with lots of cheese and is sure to be a hit with people of all ages. This recipe uses very common and easily available ingredients like boiled pasta, milk, grated cheese, chilli pieces, salt, pepper, butter. maidaNutmeg powder, oregano.

Making pasta is very easy and it is always delicious
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Heat butter in a pan. Let it melt.
2. Add flour, keep the flame low to medium.
3. Add the milk in batches, stirring slowly so that no lumps form. Repeat this until you have added all the milk and have made a smooth sauce.
4. Add salt, black pepper powder, nutmeg powder, oregano, red chili flakes.
5. Add grated cheese.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add cream, mix well. It adds more richness to your pasta. If you want, you can also leave out the cream.
8. Add boiled pasta and grate more cheese on top (there is no such thing as too much cheese).
9. Mix everything well, making sure no lumps form at any stage.
10. Your pasta is ready. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
You can also add more ingredients to your pasta, vegetables like broccoli, bell peppers add a nice crunch, mushrooms also give it a beautiful texture.
