Story of real life weight loss: Making parents can be a life-conversion in more than one way, and for 27-year-old Jagdish Vijay, it was the twist that helped him start his transformative fitness journey. When he came to know that he was going to be a father, he just did not want to tell his child that anything was possible – he wanted to prove it for example.

Finding correct guidance

His weight loss journey began with FITTR, where he initially aims to clean his lifestyle and shed a few kilos. But everything changed when he met his coach, Rohit Uchil. “I was running around Clulses as long as Rohit set a goal for me. He believed in me that I had ever done as much as I had, and that belief continued me,” Share Jagdish.

Change: 85 kg to 65 kg

Starting at 85 kg, he fell to 80 kg when he officially started training for a competition. By the time he stepped on stage on 1 December 2024, he had reached 65 kg. The change did not happen overnight. “We started preparing in May 2024, but my real journey began in January 2023.”

Challenges on the way

Of course, the road was not easy. The most difficult challenge? Nobody to say social ceremonies, festivals, birthdays, and, most heartfelt, for their mother’s home-cake food. “To run with a business and take care of one-year-old person, every day was different. But I had to make sure that my diet, sleep and workouts were constantly.”

His biggest inspiration? Not breaking the trust of his coach and, even more importantly, is not a bizarre in your child’s eyes.

Workout routine and diet

Jagdish worked six days a week – sometimes even seven, even if he felt that he had not pushed himself enough. He saw 10,000 to 12,000 steps daily and relied on a protein -rich diet containing fish, eggs and cheese.

Overcome failures

But there were also shocks. “I had to cancel my first competition because my child had become ill just a few days ago. It was difficult to take a break and go back to the track, but I reminded myself why I started for the first time,” he remembers he remembers. We do.

More than just losing weight

His journey was not only about physical changes-it was about self-cushion. “I have never had anything good. I never played the game and never knew what I wanted. But I just started, and everything else fell into place. Whatever points you are in life – Just look at the universe.

Inspiration for the most rewarding part? Inspiring his parents, both in the 50s, to adopt a healthy lifestyle. “Now, they exercise, eat clean, and even managed to reverse some of their health issues.”
For Jagdish, this journey has been more than just losing weight. It is about proving yourself – and your child – it is possible with anything commitment and dedication.
