However, as she began her weight loss journey, her focus shifted from weight loss to overall fitness, then weight training, and ultimately pushing her physical limits. This became a change in his lifestyle, driven by his desire to continually improve and maintain his fitness.
Dr. Singh started his weight loss journey in April 2022 with a weight of 124 kg. By May 2023, he made significant progress, where he lost 12 kg and weighed 112 kg. As a result, his hard work, dedication and consistency paid off and by May 2024, he reached his target weight of 67 kg, marking the end of his “shredding phase” and the beginning of his “bulking phase” to build muscle. When the craving became too much, he turned to his coach Mananjit Singh for professional guidance, which helped him maintain his commitment.
