Zomato co-founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal recently shared the amusing reactions from customers when he played delivery agent for a day with his wife Gracia Munoz. This pair will be seen in the upcoming episodes The Great Indian Kapil ShowDuring her conversation with host Kapil Sharma, Goyal told how customers were surprised when they saw Garcia delivering their order. “When Jiya delivers the order to the customer, they keep staring. It’s fun,” he said, as seen in the episode’s teaser. The full episode will air on November 9. It will also include Infosys founder, NR Narayana Murthy and his wife Sudha Murthy.

In early October, Goyal took leave from his executive duties for a day and traded his office chair for a delivery bike. The move was part of his effort to better understand the day-to-day operations of Zomato. Goyal, dressed in Zomato uniform, was joined by Gracia, who recently adopted the name Jiya Goyal.
Sharing his experience on Instagram, Goyal had then posted, “Went out to order a few days ago while teaming up with Garcia Munoz.”
The photos accompanying the post showed various moments from their day as delivery agents, including the couple riding together, checking their mobile phones for delivery locations and connecting with customers along the way. Goyal also shared a reel on Instagram, in which he is seen driving on the roads of Gurugram. Read more about it here.
