When it is affecting your mental health, to compete with a very strict parents

Strict parenting can take a toll on mental health. There are some practical methods here, which are meant to decide the boundaries, and protect their emotional good without burning bridges.

Staying with extremely strict parents can feel like knee after a point with more curfew and low appreciation. Whether it is at 8 o’clock at 25 o’clock at 25, or it is being asked to explain why you are texting someone at 9 pm on a week, the pressure can gradually eliminate your sanctity.
Now, when your freedom is polished all the time, it is valid to feel worried, suffocated or less. Constant monitoring, criticism is being done, or crime-tripped can quietly remove your confidence and emotional good.
So, how do you avoid parents’ prison without going to the whole teen rebel or chatting your family group chat forever?
1. Say
Tell your parents that they are overbier, can easily go down. But sometimes, a cool, respectable conversation can do amazing work. 3. Build your mental strength

4. There is a long -term escape plan
Sometimes, healthy option is distance. If your mental health is taking a seriously hit, consider going out. Freedom often comes with self-centers.
